Apple and cinnamon weight loss water

Directions:

Put apple slices at the bottom of the pitcher and save a few to put in your cup later on.

Then add the cinnamon sticks in the pitcher

Add ice until it reaches halfway through the pitcher

Then fill with filtered water

Refrigerate for 10 to 20 minutes before drinking

Enjoy!

Make sure ingredients are organic and the water is filtered.         

NOTE: True cinnamon is called Cinnamomum zeylanicum , and originates from the island Sri Lanka .
