DIY Remedies for Bloating Problem
Remedy – 8: (Abdominal Massage)
Massaging your stomach and lower abdomen will help to pass the buildup gas through the digestive system and thus relieves you from the pressure of bloating.
Steps to be followed…
- Lie flat on your back and massage your stomach with your fingers using circular motions.
- Massage it for 15 minutes or more till you get relief from bloating.
- Make sure that you can do this massage in standing position but avoid doing it in sitting position, as it will trap the gas in the digestive system.
- Do this massage regularly to get rid of stomach gas and bloating.
