DIY Remedies for Bloating Problem

Steps to be followed…

  • Add 5 – 6 thin slices of ginger in a cup and pour boiling water over pieces in a cup.
  • Cover it and allow it steep for about 8 – 12 minutes.
  • Then add some raw honey and few drops of fresh lemon juice in it.
  • Stir it and drink this ginger tea for 2 – 3 times a day to get rid of gas and bloating.
  • For best results, drink a cup before or after a meal for proper digestion without any bloating.

Note: Or simply chew a piece of ginger root after meals.
